About The Artist

Dan L Corley is a duly registered member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma.  He has certified his degree of Cherokee blood, according to guidelines set by the B.I.A.

Dan’s art finds its source in the traditions and lore of the different tribes and his Cherokee Citizenship.  

Through his Masks he shows the power and mystery of these connection to the earth, the spiritual strength of faith and the oneness of all things.  The sense of reverence and the language of mystery reflected in each original mask, is the essence of their unique beauty.

Dan’s Masks have won numerous awards, recognition,  and can be found in collections worldwide.
